So much for that shopping trip, Treforce thought as he was propelled clean through the alchemy shop by the force of the bears charge. As he fell to the ground, water rushed up to cushion his fall, courtesy of a well-timed spell.
Despite his somewhat blithe demeanour, Raziel Treforce was never one to mince his actions as, evidenced by what he did to the bear as it came charging through the ruins of the shop at him. A few muttered words and hand movements, and water pooled under the beast before a geyser erupted through its chest, ending it… temporarily. The bear staggered as the life drained from its eyes, but its body did not fall, instead swelling and splitting along its skin, exposing bulging purple-veined muscles and spinning eyes. Treforce grimaced, and brought his hands down. The water above the beast, previously having punctured its chest, became a giant ice block
